A funny bit of this job
Heippa kaikille! Oletko koskaan ajatellut kuinka monta kertaa lentoemäntä sanoo hei-hei yhden työvuoronsa aikana. Kuvittele Boeing 747 lento. Noin 600 matkustajaa. Sinä olet se, joka sanoo heipat ovella. Huh! Lensin ennen kyseistä konetta ja pakko sanoa, että matkustajien saapuessa se oli vielä vaikeampaa. Jokaiselle piti kertoa mihin suuntaan lähtee etsimään omaa paikkaansa:”Tätä käytävää suoraan perälle, näistä rappusista ylös, tuosta läpi ja oikealle…” Jokatapauksessa tällä kertaa on minun ja kaverini vuoro sanoa heipat vain yhden kerran. Matkaamme lauantaina Rodokselle, Kreikkaan. Ensimmäinen pakettimatka sitten 11 vuoteen. HEI-HEI!

Hello there mates! Have you ever thought how many times a flight attendant says bye-bye in a day. Imagine a Boeing 747 flight. About 600 passengers. And you are the one saying the good-byes at the door. My goodness. That’s what I call work! I used to fly that aircraft and I can say that it was even harder to stand at the door when we were boarding and telling each and every one of them where they’ll find their seat. However, this time it’s someone else saying bye-bye. It’s me and my friend who are getting onboard and flying off to Rhodes, Greece for a week. BYEEEE!
