Lentoemännän työ Part 1
Pitkän työputken aikana tulee mieleen autuaat lentotädin ajat. Ne mahtavat muistot, kokemukset ja ihmiset. Sen kunniaksi ajattelin kertoa tästä glamourista ammatista. Parin seuraavan päivän aikana kerron sinulle pari faktaa ja fiktiota. Viisi vuotta pilvien yllä enemmän ja vähemmän aikaani viettäneenä ala on tuttu. Olen lentänyt niin lyhyttä kuin pitkää lentoa. Matka on taittunut lähes 600 matkustajan putkessa sekä pienemmässä metallipurkissa vain parin kymmenen matkustajan seurana.
Tätä työtä voin suositella kaikille, mutta en kenellekään. Miksi näin? Aloitetaan positiivisilla liian-hyvää-ollakseen-totta-kuvilla. Huomenna mennään työn huonoihin puoliin. Lopuksi palataan niihin työn puoliin, jotka ovat olleet ikimuistoisimpia. Hyvät matkustajat istukaa siis paikoillanne turvavyöt kiinnitettyinä kunnes kapteeni on sammuttanut turvavyötä kuvaavan merkkivalon. Hätäuloskäynti löytyy tässä konetyypissä (Macbook) ylhäältä vasemmalta. Halutessanne ulos painakaa punaista nappia. Kapteeni miehistöineen toivottaa sinulle oikein rentouttavaa matkaa lentoemännän työn saloihin. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride.
Sanomattakin selvää. Työssä parasta oli mahtavat kolleegat sekä hienot kohteet. JA kuka nyt voi kieltää ettei emännän asussa sipsuttelu lentokentän läpi jollain tavalla ollut hienoa. Yksi asia on varma. Kerran lentoemäntä – aina lentoemäntä.
Can’t believe I’m still in the middle of my 12 day work week! Therefore, I started to think about the golden days as a flight attendant. I decided to write about this a bit more, since there’s so much into it. Today I’ll start with the good things, Tomorrow I’ll tell you about the negative part and I’ll end my story telling about the good memories. I’ve worked as a flight attendant for five amazing years. I’ve operated a small 80 seater aircraft as well as travelled with a crowd of 600 passengers. I’ve travelled far and near and enjoyed.. sometimes hated.. every single moment.
I recommend this job to everyone and no one – you’ll find out why. A three day flight is about to begin. Captain and HER crew kindly asks you to fasten your seat belts until the plane has come to a complete stop. I do recommend you to keep your seat belts fastened for the entire duration of the flight. Sit back, relax and enjoy with curiosity.
The bestest of the best.. colleagues and the destinations. AND who can deny walking around the airport in a cute hostess uniform isn’t a bit intriguing. Here are some pictures from those years..
